Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Avitus IT AB for the Who on Earth Am I app and this website. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The game

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for entertainment. We may change packs, energy rules, or features. The app is provided “as is”.

Accounts

You can play as a guest. Optional Google or Apple sign-in links progress to that account. You are responsible for that store or social account. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive or illegal.

User content

Names and display names you enter are your content. Do not enter illegal, hateful, or infringing material. You grant us a licence to store and show that content as needed to run the game. We may remove content or rooms.

Energy, packs, and Premium

Subscriptions

Premium Monthly and Premium Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions to Who on Earth Am I.

Prices are shown in the app in your store’s currency. Apple and Google handle billing disputes and refunds under their rules.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat economy systems, attack our services, scrape at scale, impersonate us, or use the app in a way that harms others. Solo AI is only for playing the game.

Intellectual property

The app, art, and our character packs are owned by Avitus IT AB or our licensors. Character names that refer to real people or stories are used as guessing prompts, not as an endorsement.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect damages. For consumers in the EEA/UK, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, except that if you are a consumer you may also rely on the mandatory protections of your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the app after an update, you accept the new terms.
